Orange has handed over fixed line management to BT

It has been seen that Orange has passed on their fixed line management to British Telecom which includes all their fixed line broadband ISP’s as well. This has been done so that the customers who are the end users of these products can take advantage of this new development. Through this new outsourcing project the company. Orange wil now be allowed to focus their efforts towards marketing their products better and then take care of these newly acquired customers in the best possible way as well.

Now all the funds which were fist being used by the company to maintain their national infrastructure and spending on expanding can now be used for other expenses as well. Although it has still not been confirmed whether this will affect the companies pla to introduce super fast mobile broadband internet in UK in the near future

This will also make sure that a trend develops in which the major companies in the country who deal in Mobile Broadband Deals can make sure that they only have to concentrate on the core functions of their business and not go poking their nose in every nook and cranny in the industry. This helps save face and also better service these core functions making sure that the customer who is the end receiver of all a company does is happy and satisfied with the company and continues to use their services.
